Rental Rates
There are no specific change over days, but we do request you confirm your arrival and departure dates with us prior to booking any flights.
These rates are for the whole apartment (not per person) and include full use of the airconditioning.
If enquiring from overseas we can accept euro currency payment via PayPal.
Payment accepted by UK cheque, UK bank transfer or PayPal.

When a booking enquiry is made we will reserve the dates for 3 days and issue a booking form.
The booking form is to be returned with a non-refundable cancellation deposit of £100.
The cancellation deposit will automatically become a breakage / security deposit for the duration of your rental. This will be returned once our property management agents have confirmed no damage occured during your stay.
The full balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
